Returns and Refunds

We want you to know your rights when shopping at Xaforeni. This policy explains the statutory right of withdrawal for eligible consumer orders, refunds and how to get help with faulty or incorrect goods.

 

1. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

 

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you normally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

 

For a single delivery of goods, this period normally expires 14 days after the day you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period normally runs from receipt of the last item. Different statutory rules can apply to particular types of contracts or deliveries.

 

2. How to Withdraw

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can do this by email or by sending a letter to:

You can use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to use it. You may also use any electronic withdrawal function provided on our website.

 

You meet the withdrawal deadline if you send your decision before the 14-day period expires.

 

3. Returning the Goods

 

After informing us of your withdrawal, you must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you told us you were withdrawing, unless we have agreed to collect them.

 

Please contact info@xaforeni.com to confirm the appropriate address and practical instructions for returning your goods. The registered company address shown above is a contact address and is not necessarily the parcel return location.

 

You normally bear the direct cost of sending goods back when exercising the statutory withdrawal right, except where the law requires otherwise or we have agreed to pay that cost. Where the applicable law requires additional information about the cost of returning goods that cannot normally be returned by post, that information must be given before purchase.

 

You are responsible for a reduction in the value of returned goods only if it results from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

 

4. Refunds Following Withdrawal

 

If you validly withdraw from an eligible purchase, we will reimburse payments received for that purchase, including the cost of standard delivery where the law requires this. Additional delivery costs arising because you selected a method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option do not have to be reimbursed under the statutory withdrawal rules.

 

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first, where permitted by law.

 

Refunds are made using the same means of payment as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a fee for the reimbursement.

 

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

 

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to every contract. For example, it may be excluded for goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, when the legal requirements for that exception are met.

 

An item is not automatically excluded from withdrawal simply because it was ordered online, prepared after an order or has a wood finish. Any applicable exception must meet the requirements of the law.

 

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

 

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty or differs from its description, please contact info@xaforeni.com and explain what happened. Include your order information and, if available, photos that help us understand the issue.

 

These situations are handled under your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods and are separate from a change-of-mind withdrawal. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. The costs of legally required remedies are handled as required by law.

 

7. Exchanges and Other Returns

 

This policy does not create an additional voluntary return or exchange period beyond the rights described above. If you would like a different item, please contact us so we can explain the available options. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
